I am thrilled to announce the launch of The Vedic Method! While in India on my teacher training, I would often think about this day with excitement and anticipation.
This evening, I taught my first student his mantra. That student was my father. It seems very poetic and humbling that the man who has loved me and supported me since birth would be my first student.
The mantras we use in this meditation are called "Bija" mantras, or "seed" mantras. I hope the start of this entity plants the seed of joy and fulfillment for all whom I am privileged to teach.
